General Ordering Information:

GUARANTEE: All our irises are guaranteed to be true to name and in healthy condition.
All irises sold by Kary Iris Gardens have been registered with the American Iris Society.
If you're not satisfied, please notify us as soon as  possible for replacement or refund.
SUBSTITUTIONS: We hope there will be no need for substitutions if your first choices are not available. Please indicate on the order form if you will accept substitutions or if you would prefer a refund. Substitutions will be our choice, but please list your suggestions.
FREE BONUS IRIS: Free bonus irises will be included with all orders to show our appreciation for your purchase. These gifts are our choice,  however, if you have a preference,
please list your choices on the back of the order form.
SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped by UPS or Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
Please add $ 7.50 for shipping and handling.
 We can not ship to P O Boxes.
LOCAL RESIDENTS: We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up - September or October (unless you prefer earlier).
